Rupert de Worde stands at 6'1", is broadly muscled and strikingly attractive. He's a bit of a swagger to him and is ridiculously charasmatic. His accent is casually posh and what offworldres would think of as British. He is a bit stupid, but makes up for his lack of intellect with pure volume. Rupert enters several years before the events of The Truth, during Jingo, and comes from the war in Klatch.
